We provide worldwide delivery. Available shipping methods and charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, destination, order size, and weight.
Shipping charges
The applicable shipping charge will be shown in the final order total before payment is completed. Shipping rates may vary by destination and delivery service.
Delivery services and tracking
Orders are shipped using the most suitable available carrier, depending on the destination, parcel size, and weight. A tracking number and tracking link will be sent by email when tracking is available.
Estimated delivery times
- Malaysia: approximately 1–4 business days.
- International destinations: approximately 3–5 business days with express shipping.
- International standard shipping: approximately 8–14 business days where available.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and begin from the date of shipment, not the date the order is placed. Actual delivery times may vary due to the destination, carrier procedures, public holidays, customs clearance, shipping method, and the items ordered. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Products may arrive in separate shipments.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, sales taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Customs clearance decisions are outside our control. If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or rejected by customs, it may be returned or destroyed, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
