Delivery policy:

  1. We provide worldwide delivery services. Once you have entered the delivery address, you will be informed of the delivery charges.
  2. Shipping charges would be advised on your final amount of purchase before proceeding with the full transaction.
  3. Your order will be delivered via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight.
  4. Tracking No is available for you to receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail and a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
  5. We are not liable for any involving the cost of customs duties or sales taxes for international order(s).
  6. Once your order has passed your local customs duty, it would then be passed on to an internal postal service according to standard delivery procedures.
  7. The shipping period for cities in Malaysia would take 1 to 4 business days, whereas in other countries would take between 3 to 5 business days if you choose the express service. If the express service was expensive to your country, you could choose the standard shipping, which would take between 8 to 14 working days.
  8. Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive in the next business day.
  9. Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
  10. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Please note we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables), we do not accept returns or refunds for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

For international orders, customs clearance is beyond our control. If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or rejected by customs, it may be returned or destroyed. In such cases, all shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return conditions are met, refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days after inspection.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
